Hempseed Hummus With Coconut Oil
Serves four to six
- 1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans, drained
- ½ cup natural hempseed*
- four Tbsp. coconut oil**
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. sea salt to style
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Add all components to a blender or meals processor and mix till creamy.
- Serve and garnish with extra parsley.
