A Simple Hempseed Hummus Recipe With Coconut Oil

Hempseed Hummus With Coconut Oil

Serves four to six

Ingredients:

  • 1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans, drained
  • ½ cup natural hempseed*
  • four Tbsp. coconut oil**
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. sea salt to style
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions:

  1. Add all components to a blender or meals processor and mix till creamy.
  2. Serve and garnish with extra parsley.
